Softball Recap: Chaminade-Madonna Comes Up Short

After soaring to 15 runs the game before, Chaminade-Madonna was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They lost 11-1 to the Academy for Innovative Education Aviators. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Aviators recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Chaminade-Madonna's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Academy for Innovative Education, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.

Chaminade-Madonna has already played their next game, a 24-11 loss against Calvary Christian Academy on the 7th. As for Academy for Innovative Education, they will square off against Mater Academy Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Aviators are facing the Lions at the right time seeing as the Lions are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
