Basketball Recap: Heritage Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Heritage Christian Academy suffered their biggest defeat since January 26, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against the Wayne Christian Academy Eagle, falling 68-43. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-38 back in November of 2024.

Heritage Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Wayne Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heritage Christian Academy will welcome The Habersham School at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Habersham School will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Heritage Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wayne Christian Academy, they will host Faith Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
