Basketball Recap: Cromwell Takes a Loss

Cromwell and Sheehan squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Cromwell had to settle for second. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 57-56 to the Sheehan Titans.

Cromwell has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-9 record this season. The win made it two in a row for Sheehan and bumps their season record up to 7-12.

Cromwell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sheehan, they will challenge Academy of Aerospace and Engineering on Friday. Sheehan has given up an average of 65.5 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.
