Soccer Recap: Justin-Siena Comes Up Short

Justin-Siena was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Petaluma Trojans. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Braves couldn't quite close it out.

Justin-Siena's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Petaluma, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-5-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Justin-Siena will challenge American Canyon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Petaluma, they will square off against Sonoma Valley at 6:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
