Joshua owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They came out on top against the Paschal Panthers by a score of 3-0. For the Owls, this counts as revenge for the 7-3 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Joshua has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.9 runs on average over those games. As for Paschal, they moved to 14-8-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
