Niceville won the last time they faced Fort Walton Beach and things went their way on Friday too. The Niceville Eagles walked away with a 55-43 victory over the Fort Walton Beach Vikings. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Despite the loss, Fort Walton Beach still got an impressive performance from Rodric Starks, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 boards. Xy Childres was another key player, putting up 11 points and four steals.

Niceville's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Fort Walton Beach, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-5.

Niceville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 49-41 victory against Port St. Joe on the 19th. As for Fort Walton Beach, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-51 win against Bay on the 14th.
