Starting off the list is Fairfield's Connor Fowler, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Fowler rushed for 159 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 57 yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an impressive 51 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Central Christian picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Nathan Reed. Reed was dynamite, throwing for 176 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 32 yards and a touchdown. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making ten total tackles.

Reed and Central Christian will challenge Pretty Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Reed took on the Bulldogs, he threw for 79 yards and two touchdowns on only six passes, and also rushed for 34 yards. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Central Christian picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Piercen Huff. Huff was dynamite, picking up 65 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Brodie Snodgrass Makes It Two for Fairfield

The second Fairfield player making an appearance here is Brodie Snodgrass, and for good reason. He made three total tackles. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 55 yards.

A Constellation of Stars for Central Christian

Another Central Christian player making an appearance on this list is Ry Kooiman. He rushed for 71 yards and a touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also made nine total tackles and defended a pass.

If the past is any indication, Kooiman could be in store for another big game when he takes on Pretty Prairie on Friday. When Kooiman last faced the Bulldogs back in September of 2023, he rushed for 75 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
