Anderson-Shiro has gone a perfect 6-0 against East Bernard recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Fighting Owls will host the Brahmas at 7:00 p.m. The last three games Anderson-Shiro has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Anderson-Shiro is headed into the game having just posted their closest victory since March 6th on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Rosebud-Lott, sneaking past 6-5.

Meanwhile, East Bernard fell victim to Thrall and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 6-0. The Brahmas' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

East Bernard saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ty Grigar, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Anderson-Shiro is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for East Bernard, their loss dropped their record down to 24-5.

Anderson-Shiro took their victory against East Bernard when the teams last played back in May of 2021 by a conclusive 14-4 score. Will the Fighting Owls repeat their success, or do the Brahmas have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
