Harlem had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They enjoyed a cozy 32-14 victory over the Hampshire Whip-Purs on Wednesday. The win was familiar territory for the Huskies, who have now won eight contests in a row.

One reason for the win was Harlem's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. Hailey Murath was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two herself.

Harlem's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Hampshire, their loss dropped their record down to 11-12.

Coming up, Harlem will square off against Lakes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Huskies 10.4, the Eagles 12.8) so any points scored will be well earned. Hampshire does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
