South Anchorage took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Dimond, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wolverines won by a set and slipped past the Lynx 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Wolverines sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.

Indy Kmet paced South Anchorage's offense, picking up 11 kills. Kmet got some help from Ellie Kleven and her 20 assists. Kleven was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

South Anchorage's win bumped their record up to 21-3. As for Dimond, their loss dropped their record down to 17-8-1.

South Anchorage wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Bartlett on the 30th. As for Dimond, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Service on the 30th.
