Cyprus and West Jordan are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2018, but likely not for long. The Pirates will venture away from home to face off against the Jaguars at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
West Jordan will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Cyprus extended their winning streak to five last Thursday. The Pirates never let Granger get on the board and left with a 15-0 win. That looming 15-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Pirates yet this season.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Cyprus hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.7 home runs per game. However, it's not like West Jordan struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 1.8 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Cyprus came up short against West Jordan when the teams last played back in March, falling 8-4. Can the Pirates avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
