Volleyball Recap: Sandburg Extends Road Winning Streak to Nine

Sandburg won the last time they faced Lockport and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Porters. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-21.

JT Snider paced Sandburg's offense, picking up eight kills. Snider got some help from Easton Donausky and his 20 assists.

Sandburg's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 20-3. As for Lockport, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-15 record this season.

Sandburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Andrew on the 8th. As for Lockport, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Lincoln-Way West on the 8th.
