Weir had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Grafton Bearcats 4-2.

Weir pushed their record up to 25-6 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Grafton, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-7-1.

Weir will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bearcats: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
