Softball Recap: Mobile Christian Comes Up Short

Mobile Christian fell victim to Daphne and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 15-0 to the Trojans. The Leopards haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Mobile Christian's loss dropped their record down to 9-9-1. As for Daphne, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-3 record this season.

Mobile Christian and Daphne should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings. Mobile Christian (ranked 78th) will meet Flomaton (ranked 299th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Daphne will square off against Apollo at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday up 61 places (7 vs. 68).
