Basketball Game Preview: Racine Horlick Rebels vs. Milwaukee Bay View Redcats

The Racine Horlick Rebels will take on the Milwaukee Bay View Redcats at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Racine Horlick has now lost 11 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 27.

Last Thursday, Racine Horlick was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 63-57 to Indian Trail. While the Rebels didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Hawks 33-29 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Milwaukee Bay View suffered their biggest loss since February 27, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against Milwaukee Bradley Tech, falling 92-69. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (65), the Redcats still had to take the loss.

Racine Horlick's defeat dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Milwaukee Bay View, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.

Everything came up roses for Racine Horlick against Milwaukee Bay View in their previous matchup back in December of 2014, as the squad secured an 80-36 victory.
