Baseball Game Preview: Musselman Applemen vs. Martinsburg Bulldogs

The Musselman Applemen will square off against the Martinsburg Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Musselman came up short against Petersburg and fell 6-2.

Musselman saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alex Whitmer, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Martinsburg had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 win over Washington on Tuesday.

The victory got Martinsburg back to even at 3-3. As for Musselman, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
