Basketball Recap: Norland's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Norland extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Omari Meda. The Vikings came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 53-48 W against the Eustis Panthers with plenty of help from Meda, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten boards. Meda is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Eustis lost on Tuesday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kevin Daniels, who went 6-for-8 en route to 14 points. Another player making a difference was Eric Glover, who shot 56% from the field on his way to 11 points.

Norland's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Eustis, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Looking ahead, Norland will face off against Miami at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eustis, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 78-73 win against University on the 28th.
