Volleyball Recap: Makua Lani Christian Comes Up Short

Makua Lani Christian lost against Hawaii Prep back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Ka Makani.

Makua Lani Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Hawaii Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Makua Lani Christian will challenge rival Honoka'a at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hawaii Prep is set to take on their familiar foe Laupahoehoe at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
