Volleyball Recap: Mohawk Snags Third Win in Last Four Games + How To Watch

If Mapleton wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Mohawk, they should've done a better job of containing Bellece Bendix. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Sailors with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday thanks in part to Bendix, who had 12 digs and 11 aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-5, 25-16.

Mohawk found their leader in sophomore Bendix, who had 12 digs and 11 aces. Parker Smith also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Mohawk was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 17 aces. That's the most aces they've posted in their last three matchups.

Mohawk is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6-1 record this season. As for Mapleton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9.
