Football Recap: Pallotti Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Pallotti and St. Paul squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Pallotti had to settle for second. They took a hard 14-0 fall against the Crusaders. Having soared to a lofty 44 points in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Xavier Brookins threw for 103 yards on seven of 19 attempts. Kareem Fisher was his top target, picking up 42 receiving yards.

Among those leading the charge was Lamar West, who rushed for 89 yards and one TD.

With the defeat, Pallotti broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-6. As for St. Paul's, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.
