Football Recap: Mid Valley Takes a Loss

Mid Valley fell victim to Berwick and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Bulldogs, falling 42-0. The Spartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Mid Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Berwick, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mid Valley will challenge Old Forge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Berwick, they will face off against Lackawanna Trail at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
