Volleyball Recap: Palo Verde Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Arbor View

Palo Verde faced Arbor View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aggies. The Panthers have struggled against the Aggies recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Palo Verde's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Arbor View, their win bumped their record up to 16-5.

After both having extra time off, Palo Verde and Shadow Ridge will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Arbor View, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Kamehameha Kapalama on the 20th.
