Baseball Recap: Henryetta Comes Up Short

Henryetta lost against Chandler last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights lost 15-4 to the Lions. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Henryetta saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hunter Bowdler, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Henryetta's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7-1. As for Chandler, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-4.

Coming up, Henryetta will be playing in front of their home fans against Millwood at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chandler, they will head out on the road to square off against Okemah at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.14 runs per game on average), something the Lions will no doubt try to take advantage of.
