Basketball Game Preview: Lee County Bobcats vs. Williamsburg Yellow Jackets

The Lee County Bobcats will face off against the Williamsburg Yellow Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Lee County has three straight victories, Williamsburg has eight straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Saturday, Lee County earned a 56-43 win over East Ridge.

Meanwhile, Williamsburg was beaten by Whitley County 66-26 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Yellow Jackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 218th, while the Colonels are ranked 58th).

Williamsburg's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Lee County, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.
