Football Recap: Tattnall Square Academy Takes a Loss

Tattnall Square Academy played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings, falling 28-6. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Cameron Carino had an outrageously good game for St. Anne-Pacelli as he rushed for 96 yards and three TDs on only eight carries. Those three rushing touchdowns gave Carino a new career-high. Donovan 'DJ' Colvin was another key back, rushing for 72 yards and one score.

Tattnall Square Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Tattnall Square Academy will welcome George Walton Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Anne-Pacelli, they will head out to square off against First Presbyterian Day at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
