Volleyball Recap: Lucy Beckham Takes Down Ranked Hanahan + How To Watch

Lucy Beckham faced Hanahan in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Bengals had just enough and edged out the Hawks 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bengals have posted since November 9, 2024.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Lucy Beckham got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-27, 25-22.

Charles Farkouh paced Lucy Beckham's offense, picking up ten kills. Farkouh got some help from Adam Rasgo and his 20 assists. Rasgo was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

The win made it two in a row for Lucy Beckham and bumps their season record up to 6-2. As for Hanahan, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
