Soccer Recap: Roeper Comes Up Short

Roeper was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Southfield Christian Eagles, falling 7-0. If Roeper were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Southfield Christian when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Roeper's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Southfield Christian, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Roeper is set to square off against their familiar foe Clarenceville at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Southfield Christian will take on rival Plymouth Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
