Basketball Recap: Erskine Academy Comes Up Short

Erskine Academy lost against Maine Central Institute back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Erskine Academy Eagles fell 46-36 to the Maine Central Institute Huskies. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Erskine Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Maine Central Institute, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-3 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Erskine Academy will venture away from home to square off against Belfast at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Maine Central Institute, they will head out to face off against Winslow at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
