Soccer Game Preview: Willis vs. A&M Consolidated

The Willis Wildkats will challenge the A&M Consolidated Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Willis' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Willis is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They lost 8-1 to Lake Creek on Friday.

Meanwhile, A&M Consolidated entered their game against Seven Lakes on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. A&M Consolidated fell just short of Seven Lakes by a score of 4-3. The loss was the Tigers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, A&M Consolidated fell to 3-1-1. As for Willis, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3-1.

Willis came out on top in a nail-biter against A&M Consolidated in their previous meeting back in March of 2019, sneaking past 4-3. Does Willis have another victory up their sleeve, or will A&M Consolidated turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
