Baseball Recap: Five Straight Home Victories for Holdrege

Holdrege lost to York back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Dusters came out on top against the Dukes by a score of 6-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Dusters.

Chance Bailey was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.

Holdrege pushed their record up to 7-10 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for York, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.

Holdrege does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for York, they will challenge Platte Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
