Soccer Recap: Perquimans Comes Up Short

Perquimans lost against Currituck County back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Pirates lost 4-1 to the Knights. Perquimans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Bartosz Walachowski, who's now up to ten this season.

Perquimans' defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Currituck County, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-3-1.

Looking ahead, Perquimans will be playing at home against Northeastern at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Currituck County, they are taking a road trip to square off against Manteo at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
