Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Old Bridge). They blew past the Carteret Ramblers 5-1 on Saturday. The result was nothing new for Old Bridge, who have now won four contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Old Bridge is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those five matches. As for Carteret, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, Old Bridge will be playing at home against Christian Brothers Academy on Saturday. As for Carteret, they will square off against Plainfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
