Basketball Recap: Sullivan West Comes Up Short

Sullivan West won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They came up short against the Chester Hambletonians, falling 60-36. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-44 back in December of 2024.

Sullivan West's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Chester, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Sullivan West will face off against Fallsburg at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sullivan West is facing Fallsburg at the right time seeing as Fallsburg is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Chester, they will square off against Liberty at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
