Ambridge came tearing into Thursday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Chargers 3-0. The Bridgers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Chargers, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14, 25-18.

Ambridge's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Ambridge will challenge rival Montour at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart is set to take on their familiar foe Hopewell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
