Basketball Recap: Stern Continues Road Dominance on Tuesday

Stern had won five straight road games and Jr Romero did his part to make it six on Tuesday. The Stern Titans came out on top against the Rise Kohyang Tritons by a score of 63-55 thanks in part to Romero, who posted 26 points and six steals. The match was his fifth in a row with at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriel Reyes, who had six points in addition to 11 rebounds and three blocks. Reyes is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least ten every time he's taken the court this season.

Stern's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Rise Kohyang, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stern and The School of Los Angeles will face off at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. As for Rise Kohyang, they will take on Animo De La Hoya at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
