Williams put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the West Wendover Wolverines by a score of 8-3. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wolverines, too.

Aiden Uebel made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Uebel was also big at the plate, earning one run and three stolen bases. Uebel is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season.

In other batting news, Anthony Martinez and Cade Trimble did most of the damage at the plate: Martinez earned one run and three stolen bases, while Trimble went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Those two RBI gave Trimble a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaxon Steng, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run and one RBI.

Williams' record is now 3-0. As for West Wendover, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Williams didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-8 draw against Lowry on the 27th. As for West Wendover, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 14-1 defeat against Palo Verde Valley on the 27th.
