Deerfield won the last time they faced Leyden and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Deerfield's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Leyden, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.

Deerfield has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Libertyville on the 3rd. Leyden has also already played their next game (against Rockford East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
