Volleyball Game Preview: Riverside Prep Silver Knights vs. University Prep Jaguars

Riverside Prep hasn't had much luck against University Prep recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Silver Knights will venture away from home to square off against the Jaguars at 5:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Riverside Prep came up short against Academy for Academic Excellence and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, University Prep made easy work of Academy of Careers & Exploration on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Jaguars.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-21, 25-13.

Riverside Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for University Prep, their win bumped their record up to 14-15.

Riverside Prep was able to grind out a solid victory over University Prep in their previous meeting back in September, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Silver Knights since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
