Kellam faced Lafayette in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Knights' defense stepped up to hand the Rams a 4-0 shutout. The victory was just business as usual for Kellam, who after 13 games remain undefeated this season.

Kellam pushed their record up to 13-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 31 goals over those seven contests. As for Lafayette, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3-1.
