Volleyball Recap: Lee Central Stallions vs. Great Falls Red Devils
Lee Central lost against Great Falls back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Stallions came up short against the Red Devils, falling 3-0.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-16, 25-17.
Great Falls' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kenslee Powers, who had 13 digs and five aces. Powers has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last 14 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Payson Brantley, who had 15 kills and five digs.
Lee Central has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Great Falls, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-6-1.
