For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last seven times Minneola and Pawnee Heights have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Tuesday. The Wildcats came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Tigers last Tuesday, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Minneola not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Pawnee Heights between 16 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-16.

Minneola's victory bumped their record up to 4-16-3. As for Pawnee Heights, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-19.

Minneola has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against South Central on the 7th. As for Pawnee Heights, they will head out on the road to face off against Hodgeman County on Tuesday.
