Piper waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They claimed a resounding 48-0 victory over the Boyd Anderson Cobras. The contest marked the Bengals' most dominant win of the season.

Jahnard Young continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 156 yards and four TDs on only 11 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 124 rushing yards. Isaiah Theresias was another key rusher, rushing for 32 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Piper was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 228 rushing yards. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 96 rushing yards per game earlier this season, but in their last five matchups they've averaged 249.3.

Piper's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. Jaiden Watson refused to say out of the backfield, picking up 1.5 sacks all by himself.

Piper now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Boyd Anderson, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coming up, Piper is taking a road trip to take on Fort Lauderdale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Boyd Anderson, they will host McArthur at 7:00 p.m. on the 11th. The Mustangs' defense has only allowed 13.2 points per game this season, so the Cobras' offense will have their work cut out for them.
