While Northeastern put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Winchester Community. The Knights put the hurt on the Golden Falcons with a sharp 14-0 win. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Golden Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Hailey Elsrod made a big impact no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single walk in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Isabella Peed, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season. Ti'Aja Adams was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI.
