Frankston took Brownsboro into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 23-25, 12-25, 25-17, 15-9.
Meanwhile, Neches was able to grind out a solid win over Elkhart on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1.
Neches had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-20, 25-19, 25-11.
Frankston has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season. As for Neches, their record is now 26-7.
