After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Montclair, Ontario was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Chaffey Tigers. This was a revenge game for the Jaguars: when they faced off against the Tigers on April 2nd, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Ontario had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-19.

Ontario's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 7-13. As for Chaffey, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ontario will host Chino at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chaffey, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Don Lugo at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers are facing the Conquistadores at the right time seeing as the Conquistadores are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
