Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Harvest Christian Academy). They were the clear victors by a 35-13 margin over the Hiawatha Hawks on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won nine matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Mackenzie Richards, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, five runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in May of 2024. Claire Schier was another key player, getting on base in five of her six plate appearances with three runs, four RBI, and one stolen base.
