Softball Recap: West Carroll Comes Up Short

West Carroll fell victim to Peabody and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Golden Tide, falling 11-0. The War Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Golden Tide from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

West Carroll now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Peabody, their record is now 5-6.

Coming up, West Carroll will face off against Clarksburg at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Peabody, they will challenge Westview at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Peabody's pitchers better be ready for this one: Westview has averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season.
