Recap: Arthur Hill Lumberjacks vs. Frankenmuth Eagles
The Arthur Hill Lumberjacks waltzed into their matchup Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They walked away with a 64-52 win over Frankenmuth. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Arthur Hill also won the last time the pair played back in February.
When it comes to explaining why Frankenmuth lost, one person who can't be blamed is Carson Knoll. Despite the final result, he scored 23 points along with five rebounds. The contest was Knoll's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Edwards, who scored 14 points along with three blocks.
Arthur Hill's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Frankenmuth, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Arthur Hill will be home for the holidays to greet Grand Haven at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Grand Haven will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings (they are ranked 228th, while Arthur Hill is ranked 61st). As for Frankenmuth, they will head out on the road to face off against Swan Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
