Football Game Preview: Galax Maroon Tide vs. Grayson County Blue Devils + How To Watch

The Galax Maroon Tide will face off against the Grayson County Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Galax has given up an average of 38.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Galax is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They were outmatched by Fort Chiswell and fell 49-19.

Meanwhile, Grayson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 28-26 heartbreaker at the hands of George Wythe. Surprisingly, this marked the Blue Devils' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Galax's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Grayson County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Galax was taken down by Grayson County 47-3 when the teams last played back in November of 2024.
