Franklin extended their losing streak to 14 on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 3-15 in the process. They lost 11-1 to the Edison Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-2 back in April.

As for Edison, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-14 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games.

For Edison's part, the team relied heavily on Leila Tatupu, who went 2-for-3 with five stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Those five stolen bases gave Tatupu a new career-high. Angeleya Miranda was another key player, going 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

As of now, neither Franklin nor Edison have any future games scheduled.
